Spanish for Lawyers is a course specifically designed for lawyers who work with clients or defendants who have Spanish as their first language. The professors of this course have many years of experience teaching Spanish and many are postgraduate law students in one of Guatemala´s universities. As it is necessary for lawyers to use language with special care, this course can assure you that you will be able to communicate accurately and understand with precision what you read and hear.
In addition, Spanish for Lawyers caters to the vocabulary needs of the different sectors of law practice, including business law, lawyers working in the public sector, criminal defense, human rights law and labor rights.
This course is under the direction of Professor Byron Ixcayau, who finished his studies in law at the University of San Carlos in Guatemala, and the University of the West.
